Project Description

Eco.Digi.VET is a project that aims to promote environmental sustainability and digitalization in vocational education and training (VET) schools. The project targets VET teachers and students and aims to help them develop digital and environmental competences by using digital tools and technologies in a sustainable way. The main goal of the project is to reduce the environmental impact of VET schools by promoting paperless management and the use of green digital tools in VET processes.

Our Role

OPEN EDUCATION HUB is the coordinating organization responsible for overseeing the project partners and ensuring that the project is implemented according to the established work plan and budget. They will also ensure that all project activities comply with EU regulations and guidelines. In addition, the OPEN EDUCATION HUB will be responsible for developing and disseminating project results and outcomes, Providing administrative and financial support to the partners, and ensuring the quality of project outputs and outcomes.


The project is expected to result in the development of digital and environmental competences among VET teachers and students, the promotion of environmental sustainability and digitalization in VET schools, and the reduction of the environmental impact of VET schools through the use of green digital tools and paperless management. Other outcomes include the creation of a virtual sustainability lab and a green hackathon that challenges students to develop innovative digital solutions
